Daniel J. Wiser received a law degree from Stetson University in
1973 and a bachelor of science degree from the Georgia Institute of
Technology in 1965.
Prior to joining the law firm of Stiles, Taylor & Grace, P.A. in
1988, Wiser served as counsel to commercial clients including the Marine State
Bank of Tallahassee and the Bayshore Bank of Florida. He practices
in the areas of workers' compensation, commercial and real estate law and
is a Managing Attorney.
He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the
Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the Fifth and Eleventh
Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. He is
a member of the Florida Bar and authored "Florida's Homestead
Exemption: Judicial Requirement of Consideration versus New
Constitution", as cited in Florida Statutes Annotated.
