Clark Jordan-Holmes received both his law and undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He did post-graduate studies in Government Administration at the University of Maryland. At the University of Florida he was honored to be the Editor-in-Chief of The Verdict; Student Senator; elected representative to the John Marshal Bar Association; and to be a Staff Member of the center for
Governmental Responsibility. He was chosen to be a Law Clerk at the District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District. He also served in the United States Army as a District Advisor in Loc Ninh, Vietnam and as the Officer-in-Charge of the First United States Army Language Training Facility. He separated as a Captain and was awarded the Bronze Star with an oak leaf cluster and the Cross of Gallantry from the Republic of Vietnam.
Jordan-Holmes was a founding partner of Joyner & Jordan-Holmes which merged with Stiles, Taylor & Grace, P.A. on August 1, 2009. He is now a shareholder in the firm.
He is a founding member of the Federal Transit Administration’s TCRP Legal Research Project which has published 29 treatises on Transit Law and is a member of the American Public Transit Association, Legal Affairs Committee. As a founding member of the Florida Association of Code Enforcement (FACE), he helped develop Code Enforcement Certification Educational Materials and provided Code Enforcement Certification Teaching on a state-wide basis. He is a founding member of Public Risk Management Association of Tampa Bay and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association and the George E. Edgecomb Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh District.
