Stiles was Govern Chiles' appointee to the Workers' Compensation three-member Panel on Medical Fee Schedule to the Statewide Nominating Commission that considered appointments and reappointments of the judges of compensation claims; and Board Trustee to Hillsborough Community College.

She also served on The Florid Bar's Workers' Compensation Executive Council and The Florida Bar's Workers' Compensation Rules Committee. She was reappointed to that committee in 1999. She also owns the majority share and serves as chairperson for two other successful corporations. She is also a founder and serves on the Board of Directors of Platinum Bank.

Civic and community work includes serving as Director on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa, past president of Tiger Bay Club of Tampa, past president of the Florida State University Seminole Club of Hillsborough County, past director on the Boards of Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority, and Hillsborough Community College Foundation, Hillsborough Community College and serves on the National Board of Florida State Seminole Boosters. Stiles also served as chairperson for 1996 - 1997 on the Hillsborough Community College Board of Trustees.

Stiles is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Association of Women Lawyers, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Florida Defense Lawyers' Association and the Florida Women's Alliance. She is admitted to practice in the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United Stated District Court for the Middle District and the Southern District.

Ms. Stiles is "AV" Rated by Martindale-Hubble. She has been selected by her peers as a Leading Florida Attorney in the area of workers' compensation Defense Law (less then 6% of the attorneys licensed to practice in Florida have been so selected by their peers).
