His primary practice areas are workers compensation defense and Medicare compliance. He has protected Medicare’s interests and as a result, the interests of several insurance companies, by preparing timely and accurate Medicare Set-Asides.  He is available for training and Medicare compliance presentations.

Alvarez joined Stiles, Taylor & Grace, P.A. on August 24, 2009. Prior to working for the Stiles firm, he worked at two large defense firms specializing in workers compensation and general defense litigation. He also has represented injured workers.  He is currently a member of the Florida Bar; Dade County bar Association; and the American Bar Association. With his extensive and varied background, Alvarez brings many unique talents to the table.
